He was predeceased by: his wives, Kathleen and Ruth Dick; his granddaughter Kaitlin Morris; his stepson Brian Dick; his parents, Ercell and Erma; and his siblings, David, Don, James, Murray and Elizabeth.
He is survived by: his children, Mark, Molly (John French), Laura (David Tupper) and John; his grandchildren, Aenida Morris (Andrew Melvin), Alexander Morris (Tina Frankie), Gregory Tupper (Tanis Greco), Nancy Tupper (Matthew Norton), Amelia Hartin, Rachael Hartin and Matthew Hartin; his great grandchildren, Finn, Cooper Melvin, Ella Tupper, Alice and Lucy Norton; his siblings, Joan (late Arthur Read) and Barry (Fran); and his stepson Gordon Dick (Richard Twigg).
