Though Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Thomas touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Bowie and Juliette Bowie; and his siblings, Dale and Frederick. He is survived by: his son Devon; and his siblings, James (Dianne), Marlene Gramann (Frank) and Ann Nicole (Martin). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many cousins.
