Keith Howard Obituary

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce; his daughters, Julia (Jacques) and Jane; his grandchildren, David, Daniel and Rose; his parents, Ernest Howard and Elsie Howard of Cwmbran, Wales.; his siblings, Graham, Brian, Alistair and Susan; and his parents-in-law, Robert (Heather), Richard and Susan Paré. He was also cherished by nephews and nieces.
