Ernest Wintle Obituary
We are saddened to announce the passing away of Mr. Ernest Willard Wintle, at the Magog Hospital on March 11, 2024, at the age of 94, from Ayer's Cliff, son of the late Sydney Wintle and the late Ella Wintle. He was the husband of the late Phillis Bliss.
Visitation will take place on Friday March 15th 2024, at the Cass funeral Home , 900 Clough st, Ayer's Cliff from 2-4 and from 7-9 with the funeral on Saturday March 16th at 11 AM at the St-George Anglican Church, 1002 Main st, Ayer's Cliff. Interment will take place in the spring.
Mr. Wintle leaves to mourn his children Beverly (Barry), Barry and Nancy (Vincent), his grand children Christopher, Daniel, Nicholas, and Katrina; also, his sister Alice and brothers Edward, Gerry, and Norman. He was predeceased by Bernard, Ansel, Irene, and Gilbert. He will be missed by many nephews and nieces.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Manoir Stanstead and the nurses at the Magog palliative care unit for the wonderful care provided.
