He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Biggar and Jean Biggar (Milligan). He is survived by: his children, Nathan (Colton Iwata), Bethany Hardy (William) of Ellerslie, Julie (Logan Raynor), Carleigh, Summerside and Carson; his grandchildren, Handsome Boy and Brayden Leigh Hardy; his sisters, Carol Steele (Merrill) of Charlottetown, Judy MacDougall (Charles) of Tyne Valley, Nancy Taylor (Robert) of Travellers Rest, Sharon MacEwen (Ernest) of Stanley Bridge, Joanne Biggar (Rob Bernard) and Patsy Smith (Allan); his child Cathy Boylan; and also, Carleigh Biggar and Carson Biggar.
In memory of Leigh, donations to the Education Trust Fund of Leigh's children Carleigh & Carson Biggar would be appreciated.
