We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2020, at the age of 89, Lester Hudson Joseph Milligan (Tyne Valley, Prince Edward Island) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Milligan and Veronica Milligan (Bulger); his son Bruce; his son-in-law Danny Morrison; and his siblings, Phyllis Milligan, Arthur Jr. and Leroy Arsenault.
He is survived by: his wife Verna; his children, Brenda MacArthur (Brian), Barbara Morrison, Bonnie Morrison (Paul), Brent Milligan (Annette) and Beverley Palmer (Mike); his sister Kay MacCaull; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Arsenault and Ruby Murphy.
Resting at the Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel where a private visitation and service, due to Covid restrictions, will be held on Sunday in the Chapel.
