With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laura Belle Phillips (Tyne Valley, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on July 15, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Millar and Arthur Millar of Birch Hill; her husband Chester Phillips; her siblings, Helen, Erland, Ferne, Sidney, Velma, Orell, Donald, George, Priscilla, Rowena, John and Edgar; her grandsons, Scott, Matthew Phillips and Randy Ford; and also, James and Katie Phillips.
She is survived by: her sons, Carl (Ann Kilby), Barrie (Peggy), Eric (Nina), Sherwin (Mary) and John (Anne); her granddaughter Catherine Ardiles (Claudio); her sister Ruth MacLennan; and her siblings-in-law, Alton Ramsay and Joan Millar. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
