She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Mullin and Ida Mullin (Casey); and her husband Wesley. She is survived by: her children, Grace Coughlin (Clifford), Tyne Valley and Richard Palmer; her grandchildren, Nicholas Coughlin (Karla), Brandy Foley (Darcy), Nora Coughlin (Jules Doucette) and Hannah Coughlin Jason (Anthony Coughlin); her great grandchildren, Ryley Foley, Landyn Coughlin, Lily Coughlin, Lyla Coughlin, Tori Doucette, Jada Doucette, Chloe Coughlin, Reece Coughlin, Madison Perry and Ty Perry Dear; and her sibling Elaine St (Fred).

In lieu of flowers, in memory of Evelyn, memorials to St. Peter's Anglican Church Cemetery or IWK Children Foundation would be appreciated.
