He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Shea and Pat Shea (Knox) of Anglo-Tignish; his parents-in-law, Roy and Elva Doucette (Perry); his brothers-in-law, Bill Gallien and Alan Doucette (Verna); his nieces and nephews, Karen Shea, Cherie-Dawn Shea-Metcalfe, Michael Shea, Derek Shea and Matthew Gallant; his great-nephew Oliver Underhay; and his nephews, Ernest and Clarence Gallant.
He is survived by: his spouse Gail; his children, Sally Harper (Scott), Kelly Rayner (Glen), Sandy (Lauralee), Holly Phillips (Mark) and Shawn (Janice); his great grandchild Brynley Coughlin; his siblings, Wilson (Mary), Cletus (Arlene), Gertrude Jones (Ken), Eileen Gallant (Ernest), Richard (Elaine), Louis (Brenda), Leo (Theresa), Mary Gallant (Clarence), Claude (Kim), Paul (Sharon), Telly Aylward (Bill), Michael (Tammy) and Jackie Allain (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Sonny Doucette, Cathy Gallien (late Bill), Jackie Doucette (Judy) and Glen Doucette (CarolAnn). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
