With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lynda Ann Gavin of Tignish, Prince Edward Island, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Lorne J. Gavin of Tignish; her parents, Gordon James and Kathleen James (Louttit); her sister Jacqueline James; and her siblings-in-law, Mary, Elaine and Glen Gavin of Tignish.
She is survived by: her children, Murray Gavin, Sharon Gavin (John Fjell) and Jennifer Doucette (Jamie); her grandchildren, Kyle Gavin (Sam), Jenna Doucette, Jayden Doucette (Sierra) and Wyatt Fjell (Katie); her great grandchildren, Cassidy, Shaylin, Paizlee and Samuel; and her siblings-in-law, Debbie Stuckless (late Lynsin) of Rockwood, ON, Lorraine Pitre (Norman) of Tignish, Edith Gavin (late Donnie) of Tignish, Joe Roberts of Rockwood, ON and Tommy Perry of Tignish. She is also survived by her many cousins, nieces, nephews, and, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rooney Funeral Home (419 Main St, Alberton, PE C0B 1B0).
