He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo and Olive; his son Troy; and his siblings, Freddie, Mark and Joan.
He is survived by: his spouse Sheryl Williston; his children, Ricky Chaisson (Erin), Summerside Butler and Rachel Butler (Troy); his grandchildren, Tyson Chaisson, Martina Butler, Brianna Butler, Tyra Perry and Leandra Jeffery; and his siblings, Theresa Gaudet, Miscouche, Eva MacLeod (Ross Smith), Annie Schurman, Summerside and Leo Chaisson (Irma).
