He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Sr. Richard and Julia Richard (Arsenault); his wife Shirley Richard (Inman); and his daughter Darlene. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Lou Inman (Anne) and Janice Moase; and his niece Judith.
