Mary Noreen McQuaid Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Noreen McQuaid (Summerside, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on July 20, 2017. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Reid and Mae Reid (Cullen); her husband Alfred McQuaid; her brothers, Norbert, Brendan (Louise) and Wally; and her siblings-in-law, Brendon, Gerald, Frank, Mark, Jimmy, Mary, Lucille, Laura, Marion, Alice and Peggy.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy, Johnny (Marilyn Adams), Paula (Michael Picketts), Maureen, Mary-Carmel (Michael Nielsen), Peggy, Joanne (Garth Cole) and Michael (Veronica Ancrum); her grandchildren, Jim Arsenault, Candace Arsenault, Peter Arsenault (Heather), Angela Arsenault (Kegan MacKinnon), Chrissy Arsenault, Melissa Picketts, Bailey Murphy (Jarrett), Jeana Condon, Daniel McQuaid, Molly Nielsen, Ben Nielsen, Ashlea Mask (Graeme), Shannon Ochsner (Chad McQuaid), Emma Cole, Hailey Cole, Taeonna Ancrum and Isaiah McQuaid; her siblings, Kay Hennessey, Aline Reid and Doreen Reid; and her sisters-in-law, Joan McQuaid and Ellen Reid. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, former students, and friends.
As an expression of sympathy, memorials to the Alzheimer Society of PEI will be greatly appreciated.
