He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubin Gallant and Margaret "Lou" Gallant (Gallant); his brothers, Everett, Donald "Donnie Lou" (Janie) and Ralph Gallant; and his nephews, John "Bubba" Gallant and Quintin Purdy.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Gallant (Purdy); his children, Sandy (Jennifer Connell), Tony (Linda MacIsaac-Gallant), Jason (Kelly) and Amanda DesRoches (Mitchell); his grandchildren, Shania MacIsaac-Gallant, Jadyn, Ethan and Lily Gallant; his brother Arnold Gallant (Darlene); his siblings-in-law, Michael Purdy and Susan Hanlon; his niece Morgan Purdy; and his nephew Devon Hanlon.
Memorial donations to the Prince County Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
