He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Linkletter and Flora Linkletter (Dennis); and his sister Dorothy Linkletter. He is survived by: his wife Doris Linkletter (Rayner); his sons, Gary (Diana), Dale (Iris), Paul (Sylvia) and Carl (Brenda); and his siblings, Garth (Mary) and Joyce Pelham. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
