He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elizabeth "Betty" Lyle (late Wendell) and Ernest Waite; his wife Joan Waite (Croken); his siblings, Terry (Judith), Ron (Barb), Kenny (Betty), Thane Waite (Cathy), Nancy Heaney and Lori Abbott (Mike); his brothers-in-law, Allan Croken and Leonard Croken; his sister Linda Waite; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Heaney. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
