He is survived by: his wife Jean Oatway; his children, Phillip Oatway and Vickie Oatway; his grandson Darian; his siblings, Ken (late Donna), Lloyd (late Michelle), Clarann Williams (Davis), George (Wanda), Roger (Dianne), Richard (Lynn) and Ella Oatway-Wagner (Brent Brawley); and his siblings-in-law, Cecil Wallace (Barb) and Janet Lockhart.
