It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Irene Tavernor (Summerside, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on June 18, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Irene Tavernor to show support.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Gallant and Melina Gallant (Bernard); her brother Phillip Gallant; her brother-in-law Dave Haverland; and her nephew Dean Haverland.

She is survived by: her children, Christie Tavernor (Garry Ricketts), Shelley Tavernor (Stephen MacEachern) and Randy Tavernor; her grandchildren, Carissa Myers (Colin), Ryan and Trent Tavernor; her great grandchildren, Willow and Winter Myers; and her sister Bonnie Haverland. She is also survived by her two nieces and a nephew.

A service to honour and celebrate Irene's life will be announced at a later date due to Covid 19 restrictions.

Location Interment will take place later in St. Paul's Cemetery, Summerside Requested Charity. Memorial donations to the Prince County Hospital Foundation or a charity of your choice.
