He was predeceased by: his parents, George Murphy and Margaret Murphy (Harrington); his parents-in-law, Charlie (Theresa), Edna Quibell (Russ), Leo (Shirley), Jeanie Monaghan, Albert, Lou Murphy and Bill Ross; and his nephew Ricky Dawson.
He is survived by: his children, Lorelei MacArthur (Kent), Marla Smallwood (John) and Bethany-Jayne Parsons (Joe); the mother of his children Jeanette (Johnston); his grandchildren, Malone, Jeana-Beth MacArthur, Marleigh-Jayne and Elly Smallwood; his siblings, Art, Bertha MacEachern (Albert), Florence Ross and Millie (Charlie Dawson); and his brother-in-law Charlie Monaghan. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
