He is survived by: his wife Helen Smallman (Clark); his children, William (Diane) and Cynthia Smallman (Peter Hatcher); his grandchildren, Jacob George Smallman, Cassandra "Cassie" Renee Smallman (James Athanasiou), Marian Alanna Hatcher, Adam Clark Hatcher-Smallman and Sarah Leard Hatcher; his brother W. James Smallman (Susan); and his sister-in-law Heather Smallman.
