He was predeceased by: his son David Biggar; and his siblings, Shirley Biggar, Noelle McNamee and Roy Biggar. He is survived by: his wife Velma Biggar (MacKay); his children, Donna Jorgensen, Darla Vaillancourt (Mike) and Dwayne Biggar (Tania); his daughter-in-law Cathy MacDougall (Lee); his grandchildren, Cody Jorgensen (Aimee), Autumn Marchbank (Andrew), Candace Champion, Chelsey Andrews (Jonathan), Josh Gill (Susan), Tasha Gill and Noah Biggar; his great grandchildren, Kate, Elliott, Carter, Lydia, Anna, Emmaline, Avery, Ethan Peyton and Hudson; his pets, Jack and Jessie; and his siblings, Davison Biggar and Christine Crosby.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions no public visitation will be held.
