He was predeceased by: his parents, Narine Lakhan and Mary Lakhan (Bragiattie); and his wife Frances Lakhan (Corney). He is survived by: his son Richard Lakhan (Christine Laurendeau); his stepson John Cozens (Sue); his grandchildren, Abigale and Ryan Lakhan; his brother-in-law Windsor Corney (June); and his siblings, Bob Lakhan, Doreen Orilall (Ramesh) and Sheila Ganesh (Ramoo).
