She was predeceased by: her parents, Horatio "Rache" Schurman and Mary "Mame" Schurman (Ahern); her husband Howard Andrew Gay; her son Howard Andrew Gay; and her siblings, Bruce Schurman (Olive), Ralph Schurman (Toots), Jim Schurman, Garth Schurman and Georgina "Dord".
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon; her son-in-law Gerald Mayea of Duncan, BC; her grandson Andrew Fulton of Victoria, BC; and her brother-in-law Claude Waugh (Marion).
Due to the current Covid situation there will be a Family Celebration of Life at a later date.
Memorial donations to the Central Street Christian Church would be appreciated.
