He was predeceased by: his brother Douglas Cole; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Campbell (Earl), Miriam Bernard (Harold), Charity Bernard (Fred) and Elva Emeline.
He is survived by: his wife Laura E. Cole (MacKay); his child Ewen Cole (Patricia); his grandchildren, Claya Cole, Ellen Cole and Paxton Cole; his siblings, Betty Auld (Athol) and William Cole (Phyllis); and his sister-in-law Harriett Cole. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions no public visitation will be held.
