He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel MacDonald and Clara MacDonald; his former wife Kathleen; his son Donald; his siblings, Ronald (Rosella), Hubert (Mary), Bennett (Marie), Jean MacDonald (Alex), Mary Leschuck (Walter), Marjorie Brennen (Ernie), Margaret DesRoche (Ben), Florence (Alex) and Simpson; and his friend Brad.
He is survived by: his children, Roberta (Paul Heer), David (Florence), Danny (Jean), Peter (Karen), Rod (Karen), Joanne (John Postma), Michael (Jennifer), Pam (Tom Wright), Neil (Barb) and Kathy (Mark O'Rourke); his brother Allan MacDonald (Leona); and his friends, Phyllis and MacInnis. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 14, great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial, donations to the St. Paul's Church Legacy Fund, Prince County Hospital Foundation, or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
