He was predeceased by: his former wife Emma (Schurman); his daughter Beverly; his son-in-law Bill; his son Brian; his parents, Samuel Waugh and Ethel Waugh (Simmons); and his siblings, Ralph, Leslie, Audrey, Wilfred, Herman and Fred.

He is survived by: his spouse Marion Waugh; his son Randy Waugh (Judy); his stepchildren, Tyler Wright (Judy) and Lana Wright (Allan Kerwin); his daughter-in-law Toni; his grandsons, Billy (Laura), Jeremy, Colton (Jaime) and Travis; his great grandchildren, Kingston, Cooper and Tenley; his stepgrandchildren, MacKenzie (Jonathan) and Nathan; his brother Errol Waugh (Shirley); and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Waugh. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
