He was predeceased by: his sibling Ruby DesRoches; his parent-in-law Bill Buchanan; his brother-in-law Ron Buchanan; and also, Dennis DesRoches and Gladys Buchanan.
He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis DesRoches; his children, Jeffery DesRoches (Shelley) of Nova Scotia, Jeremy DesRoches of Nova Scotia and Natalie DesRoches (James) of Nova Scotia; his grandchildren, Taylor, Kegan, Kate, Carter, Liam and Charlotte; his siblings, Lucille Boadway (Dave), Rita Gallant (Ted) of Clemont, Rena Munro (Bill) of Kensington, Zita Arsenault (Urvin) of Ontario, Linda Flahaven (Ron) of Summerside, Joyce Leaman (Mike), Brenda Shields (Ray) of French River, Darlene Forster and Arlene Gallant (Doug) of Miscouche; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth DesRoches.
Memorial donations in Brian's memory to Prince County Hospital Foundation or Vasculitis Foundation of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
