It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha Ann Gallant of Summerside, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on May 16, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Bulger and Bea Bulger. She is survived by: her husband J. H. Kenneth Gallant; her daughters, Kendra Williams (Trent) of Summerside, Angela Gallant (Marc Melanson) of Tantallon and Karla McGaraughty (Mark) of Ottawa; her granddaughter Hannah Williams (Brennan Raby); and her children, Naomi Williams, Zachary, Alexander Melanson, Tara and Kenneth McGaraughty. She is also survived by 6 brothers, 10 sisters, an aunt, numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Prince County Hospital Foundation - Oncology Department or Home Care Palliative Fund East Prince would be appreciated.
