She was predeceased by: her parents, James Milligan and Wilna Milligan (Toombs); her former husband William Douglas; her daughter Cheryl Ann Douglas; her siblings, Elizabeth Stobbs (Arthur), Susan Batchilder, James Milligan (Dianne) and Thomas Milligan; and her siblings-in-law, Donald Ross, Marlene Dawes (Bill) and Agnes Douglas.

She is survived by: her husband Art Hiscock; her children, Michael Douglas (Ingrid) and Deborah Douglas (Andy Ormiston); her grandson Torrin Douglas; her sister Margaret Ross; and her brothers-in-law, Paul Batchilder and Kenneth Douglas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations to the Prince County Hospital Foundation or the Freeland United Church Cemetery would be appreciated.
