He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Ramsay and Etta May Ramsay (Phillips); his wife Rowena B. Ramsay (Millar); and his sons, Blair Ramsay and Bloice Ramsay.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Todd Ramsay (Rose), Neal Ramsay, Bradley Ramsay and Mark Ramsay; and his great grandchildren, Caitlyn and Lindsay Ramsay. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
