He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Livingston and Florence Livingston (Burke); his stepmother Cecilia; and his brother Carl (Betty Lou). He is survived by: his children, Jeremy (Rebecca), Jessica (Bethan) and Helen (Joshua); his stepchildren, Diana and Michael; his grandchildren, Jude Paul, Breigh, Beckett and Don Michael; and his siblings, Scott Livingston (Carolyn), Joy Ford (Tommy), Les Livingston and Ryan Livingston (Kelley). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
