Laura (Maxine) Hurley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2024, at the age of 87, Laura (Maxine) Hurley of Stratford, Prince Edward Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Karen Marie Hurley; and her parents, Sadie Huestis and Frederick Huestis. She is survived by: her husband George Joseph'Joe'Hurley; her children, Kimberley, Janet Hurley (Patrick Bergin) and Bill Hurley (Annie Letourneau); her grandchildren, Joseph Harris, Kathleen, Ailish, Siobhan Bergin, Maxime and Ariane Hurley; her siblings, Roland, Harry, Herman Kenneth (Spud), Merle, Russell, Lorne, Neil, Ruthie, Eileen and Bernice Huestis; her family N. S.; and her friend Basinview Drives.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Assumption Parish (151 Stratford Rd, Stratford, PE C1B1H1).
Mom's final years were lived with Alzheimer's.
