He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Mark (Nicole) and Corey (Misty); his grandchildren, Emma, MacKenziee, Addysen, Bryce Crockett, Ryan, Brayden and Logan MacKenzie; his great grandchildren, Luke, Hunter and Freya; his brother Ted (Andrée); and his sister-in-law Sheila Crockett.
