In loving memory of Grace Vivian Nicholson of Stratford, Prince Edward Island, who departed this world on April 27, 2025 at the age of 103. Though Grace Vivian may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Grace Vivian touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel (15 Ole King Square, Charlottetown, PE C1A 1P8).
