He was predeceased by: his parents, Blake Wood and Marion Wood (Mutlow); and his brother Claude. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley; his children, Carolyn, Linda MacDonald (Bill), Alan and Andrew Wood; his grandchildren, Alastair, Niall, Alannah and Caitlin; his sibling-in-law Beryl Wood; his niece Debbie Salter (Wood); and his nephews, David and Donald Wood.
