He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Stewart and Ellen Stewart; his grandson Mitchell Paul Lesperance; his siblings, Art, Jim, Dorothy, Frances and Matilda; and his brother-in-law Raymond Wakelin (Bud).
He is survived by: his wife Stella; his children, Kim Donnelly (John), Lori Lesperance (Darrell), Tracy and Chad Stewart; his grandchildren, Orrin, Logan Donnelly, Lucas, Sam Lesperance, Evan Stewart and Jenna Fitzpatrick; and his nieces and nephews, Peggy Lavigueur, Robert Wakelin, Valerie Martel Keir Johnstone (Johnstone) and Preston Johnstone.
