It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sydney Albert Blackett (Souris, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on December 6, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blackett and Sarah Bell Blackett; and his siblings, Sheila, Raymond, George, Herbie, Mae, Francis and Alvin.

He is survived by: his sister Mary Anne Blackett; his nieces and nephews, James, Jolene, Eleana, Jamie, Beverly and Chris; and his aunts, Betty Blaisdell and Grace Jackson.
