She was predeceased by: her spouse Joey Syl MacDonald; her sons, George and Garnet; her grandchildren, Allea and Zable; her parents, Peter MacPhee and Helen MacPhee; her siblings, Pius (Agnes), Joe (Mary), Louis (Theresa) and Rose (Ivan Gallant); her siblings-in-law, Elmer MacDonald (Amy), Marguerite MacDonald, Alice MacDonald (Cyril), Mildred Campbell (Pius) and Helen MacAulay (Joe); and also Ellen (Henry Walsh).
She is survived by: her children, Blair (Roxanne), Brenda (Scott Chisholm), Byron (Charline), Arlie (Mary Anne), Ivan (Diane), Sandra (Steve O'Connor), Jacqueline (Donnie Aitken) and Karen (Allan Campbell); and her daughter-in-law Elaine (late George). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dingwell Funeral Home (3 Washington St, Souris, PE C0A2B0). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church (3 Longworth St, Souris, PE C0A2B0).
