Marie Anne Chapman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Anne Chapman of Souris, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on December 6, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Merlin "Buddy" Chapman; her children, Marlene Nilson (Darryl), Carl Chapman (Joan), Blair Chapman (Yolande) and Donna Gray (Matt); her parents, Ernest MacPhee and Philomena MacPhee; and her siblings, Francis, Catherine and Russell MacPhee.
She is survived by: her siblings, Bernice O'Hanley of Merritt, BC, Bernard MacPhee (Donna) of Charlottetown, PEI and Gertrude Woodcock of Irmo; her siblings-in-law, Cyril Chapman (Gloria), Reggie Chapman (Betty), Eileen Murphy (Kenny), Florence Gallant (Ferdie), Ann MacPhail, Margie Crown (Larry) and Margie MacPhee; her grandchildren, Andrea (Jon), Kent Nilson (Rebecca), Ellen, Andrew, Connor Chapman, Monique, Kristin, Sarah Chapman, Maeve, Ada and Samuel Gray; and her nephews, Ottawa and Bayfield.
Donations in Marie's memory can be made to the Provincial Palliative Care Centre and would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
