She was predeceased by: her husband Antonio Martins Pereira; her sons, Joao (Jody) and Pedro (Betty); and her parents, Joaquin Frias Pereira and Maria Rosa.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jack, Sam and Jordan; her siblings, Conceicao Anjos (Ricardo), Palmira Lopes (Jose) and Manuel Frias (Lucia); and her parents-in-law, Ermelinda, Alzira and Maria Frias. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Fatima can be made to the Souris Hospital and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
