He was predeceased by: his wife Pearle; his parents, Frank and Sadie; his sisters, Lois (Alec Roy) and Ora (Albert Morrison); and his nieces, Dale Palmer and Judy DesRoches.
He is survived by: his child Allison (Barbara); and his nieces, Donna (Wensell MacLeod), Corinne and Jackie (late Ross Smith).
