He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank MacAulay and Marguerite MacAulay; and his siblings, Mary Matilda, Joseph, Peter, Pauline, Francis, Bernard, Adolphus, Kenneth and Charles.
He is survived by: his wife Betty MacAulay (Lewis); his children, Mary (Stephen), Kenneth (Mary Beth), David (Chrissy), Claire (Eric), Mark (Liz), Robert (Stacey), Bethany (Parry), Juanita (Greg) and Laura (Randy); his brother Gerard; and his siblings-in-law, Estelle, Mary Jo, Anna and David (Marilyn). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Gene can be made to the Eastern Kings Health Foundation (Home Care) or the Souris Home Equipment Loan Program.
