He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Rafuse and Lula Rafuse; and his siblings, Sonny, Harold, Ruth and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his wife Clara; his sons, David, Bobby and Stephen; his stepchildren, Carol and Ernest; his grandchildren, Brittany, Amanda, Brandon, Lucas, Nate, Zachery, Tyson, Layla and Kiera; and his sister Theresa.
