He is survived by: his children, Carl, Kevin (Lisa) and Angela (Maciej); his siblings, Ruth MacRae (Frank), Bradley Fay (Sandra), Phillip Fay, Anne McPhee, Maggie MacPhee (Westie), Jimmy Fay and Susan Birt (Donnie); and his sister-in-law Annette Fay.
