He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Lewis and Penelope Lewis; his siblings, Roddie Lewis, George Lewis, Gerard Lewis and Margaret MacKinnon (Ralph); his children, Arlene and Gerard; his father-in-law William; and his brother-in-law Richard Ford.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Robert (Holly) and Jeffrey (Breanna); his grandchildren, Eden, Annabelle and Alex; his siblings, Audrey MacKinnon (Leonard), Danny Lewis (Loretta), Debbie Chandler (Barry), Darlene MacDonald (Clarence), Wanda and Virginia Lewis; his sister-in-law Vicki Lewis; and his close friends, Ian Morrison and Cathy Trainor.
