He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard MacCormack and Velma MacCormack; his brother Brendon MacCormack (Cherie); and his siblings-in-law, Blair, Trent Rose and Valerie Rose.
He is survived by: his close friend Dawn; his children, Melanie MacAdam (Matthew), Melissa Veld (Craig), Nick O'Halloran (Melissa) and Sarah Henwood; his sisters, Debbie Mooney (Erroll) and Jeanette Hill (John); his parents-in-law, Waldon and Bertie Rose; and his siblings-in-law, Brendon Rose (Sonia) and Karen Rose (Dwayne Doucette). He is also survived by his wife and children.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all services are by invitation only.
