Anne Poole Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anne Poole (Souris, Prince Edward Island), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 11, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Keays and Lorne Keays; and her siblings, Mary, Dorothy, Henrietta, Kate, Lorraine, Wendell, Allan, Lornie, Jim, Elmer, Byron and Gerald.
She is survived by: her husband Jiggs Poole; her children, Kent (Wendy), Donna and Paul; her grandchildren, Devon (Sheena), Ashley (Owen), Hannah (Brandon), Thomas and Dylan; her sister Rosina Richard (Paul); her sister-in-law Violet Yates; and her caregiver Leona Savoie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dingwell Funeral Home (3 Washington St, Souris, PE C0A2B0). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church (3 Longworth St, Souris, PE C0A2B0).
If so desired, donations in memory of Anne can be made to the Souris Regional School Breakfast Program or the Eastern Kings Health Foundation (Colville Manor).
