She was predeceased by: her husband Albert; her parents, Carl Wood and Winnifred Wood; her son Brendon; and her siblings, Mellie, Mary, Cyril, Lester, Alban and Vernie Wood.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Arseneau (Wayne), Darlene Peters (John Doucette), Brian Jenkins (Jeanne) and Dorilla MacDonald. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
