He was predeceased by: his former wife Phyllis; his children, Randy Walters, Sandra Bailey (Mike), Leeann Steacy (Tony) and Shelley Bevan (Ron); his parents, Archibald Walters and Pearl Walters; his wife Jane; and his brother Frank Walters (Audrey).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Brittany, Randilee Walters, Tia MacEachern (John), Nathan Bailey (Tara), Cory, Naaman Walters, KJ, Kaitlyn, Joseph, Shania and Amanda Rous; and his brother Gordon Walters (Cheryl). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
If so desired, donations in memory of Ted can be made to the Eastern Kings Health Foundation (Souris Hospital).
