It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Milligan (Saint-Peters Bay, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on June 22, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frank Milligan to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Milligan and Lillian Milligan; his siblings, Foster, Wyman, Sterling, Elmer, Charlie and Bernice; and his brother-in-law Reg MacKinnon.

He is survived by: his spouse Josephine (Jo); his children, Maxine MacDonald (Kenny) and Doug Milligan (Grace); his grandchildren, Nick MacDonald (Karen), Darcy MacDonald (Leanne), Whitney Penny (Brad), Taylor Larkin and Jarrett Milligan; his great grandchildren, Macy, Cole and Paisley; and his sister Joyce MacKinnon (Russell). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
